Attention to detail and logistics was above and beyond our expectations. She is like a walking realtor encyclopedia. Her years of experience are applied tenfold. Plus… she is cool in the sense of even keeled, kind, thoughtful, with a brilliant sense of humour. None of the cliche pressurized realtor experience. She isn’t 5 stars She is 5,000 stars. I was newly retired and ready to relocate to Central California from Los Angeles and needed to get my house sold. After explaining that I was planning to list with a ‘neighborhood expert’, Dana and Matina shared how they would be able to get my house sold for top dollar in a very short amount of time, and they kept their word! They were an absolute pleasure to work with - communicative, explained everything really well, and held my hand through every step of the listing and selling process. It was a really great experience working with them.

I wanted to start my house hunt and didn't know where to look for a realtor. I posted in one of my Facebook Groups asking for recommendations. Someone there recommended Dana. We connected, and she came over for an initial meet and greet, to explain what she does and to evaluate my condo, which I also wanted to sell. She gave us her assessment of our condo, asked what we were looking for in an house, which area, and helped us discern what things were important to us. We were impressed and decided to retain her. We with Dana from August to November 2021. During that time, she helped us find a creative solution to sell our condo and buy our house in a very competitive market. She showed us a total of 3 homes and we fell in love with one of them. She recommended an appraisal company, upgrades to our condo to make it more saleable, and a staging company. She was very prompt with sending Docusigns for paperwork needed. She is attentive, intuitive to what her clients want, and what they need, and she compromised her personal time to help us meet a deadline. I'll always remember when we first got our keys, she met us at our new home with a bottle of champagne! She also sends us periodic gifts as a thank you for working together. I appreciate that, and have sent a few friends and neighbors her way. I would highly recommend Dana, and her new business partner Matina.

Dana Ehrlich went the extra mile and more to get the best price and a highly qualified buyer for our property. She obtained estimates and did a market survey to help us decide between remodeling or selling "as is." She worked with us to get the property on the market at the optimum time, booking, coordinating, and checking up on the inspections, cleaning, compliance items, paperwork and more, all while keeping me informed of new developments in almost real time. Finally, when a glitch arose during escrow, she kept the buyer informed and engaged until I was able to resolve the glitch.
